Headquarters - Zhengzhou HI-TECH Zone

Our headquarters is located in the HI-TECH Industry Development Zone of Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province in central China. This facility covers 80,000 m2 and houses our main production workshops, R&D center, administrative offices, and customer training facilities. The strategic location provides excellent transportation links by air, rail, and road, enabling efficient logistics for both domestic and international shipments.

The headquarters facility includes dedicated workshops for vertical mill assembly, ball mill manufacturing, kiln fabrication, and crusher production. Each workshop is equipped with large-scale CNC machining centers, automated welding systems, and precision testing equipment to ensure the highest manufacturing quality.

Shangjie Industry Park Workshop

Our second production base is located in Shangjie Industry Park, covering 67,000 m2. This facility specializes in heavy machinery production, including large rotary kilns, heavy-duty ball mills, and large-scale vertical roller mills. The workshop is equipped with some of the largest machining equipment in the industry, capable of handling components weighing up to 200 tons.

The Shangjie facility also houses our heat treatment center, which provides quenching, tempering, and surface hardening services for wear-resistant components. This in-house capability ensures that all critical wear parts meet our stringent quality standards for hardness, toughness, and wear resistance.

Total Production Capacity

The combined area of our production bases exceeds 147,000 m2, making us one of the largest grinding and crushing equipment manufacturers in China. Our annual production capacity includes:

• Vertical roller mills: 200+ units per year
• Ball mills: 300+ units per year
• Rotary kilns: 50+ units per year
• Crushers: 500+ units per year
• Complete production lines: 20+ projects per year
